 What is grape Seed Extract?

Grapeseed extract is as the name suggests - an extraction form grape seeds. It just so happens that grape seed extract is packed full of powerful polyphenols. These polyphenolic compounds are called oligomeric procyanidins, abbreviated to OPCs. It is true that a number of foods contain these polyphenolic compounds, such as can be found within peanuts, berries and even grapes, there is not enough to make a tangible difference with our health - until now, that is!

What Makes Our Grape Seed Preparation Better Than Most?

• We derive our extract from the Muscadine grape seed (vitus Ronundifolia). Whats unique about this species of grape is that it has a polyphenolic activity that is up to 40 times the potency of conventional grape seed extracts! 

• Each serving of our grape seed extract yields approximately 500mg of our product - that is equal to an ORAC rating of 30,500 µm/100 g per serving! 

• Our product contains absolutely NO silica, oatbran, glidants and other such fillers. That means the sole ingredient is grape seed extract, which makes for a more difficult capsule to machine fill - but a much higher quality and pure product.
